SataLite and SataLight are audio effects for a compatible music host, not standalone applications. Choose macOS Audio Unit or Windows VST3 on the product page.

SataLite 0.3.0 (free) and SataLight 0.7.0 are development previews, not qualified customer releases. Windows 10/11 previews are unsigned 64-bit VST3 builds and require a compatible music host and the free Microsoft Visual C++ v14 x64 runtime, version 14.44 or later. macOS 13 or later previews include universal Audio Unit and VST3 builds; they are ad-hoc signed and not notarized. Read the Windows preview notes or macOS preview notes before installing. SataLight previews are for existing license holders through purchase recovery; new preview sales are paused.

For Windows installation, close your music host, extract the complete ZIP, and follow INSTALL.txt. You can copy the complete SataLite.vst3 folder into your host's VST3 location without running an installer script. Keep only one installed copy, then reopen the host and rescan. The archive is unsigned, so Windows or security software may show a reputation notice.

Each download is checked against its published size and SHA-256 before it is saved. If delivery is interrupted, retry from the product page or recover your purchase.

The package includes its installation instructions, license and third-party notices. Follow the instructions for that exact release. Do not disable your operating system's security protections to install a plugin.

Purchases & Delivery

SataLite is free. SataLight's full edition is a one-time $20 USD purchase, not a subscription. One purchase covers both available platform builds.

Stripe hosts checkout. After payment is confirmed, the return page provides the paid download and a private recovery link. The same recovery link is sent to the checkout email address. There is no physical shipment.

Private recovery links remain valid for one year from purchase. Download access links last 15 minutes and can be renewed using recovery. Keep your installer and recovery link; contact support if the receipt is lost or a recovery link has expired.

The included software license permits personal and commercial audio production on computers you own or control. You retain your audio rights. The plugin itself may not be redistributed as a standalone product.

Refunds

No change-of-mind refunds. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Contact support for delivery problems, billing errors or product defects.

A refunded or disputed payment is no longer eligible for new paid downloads. Cancelling an unfinished checkout does not create a purchase.

Privacy

Updated September 7, 2026. This notice covers the Bunnycat Audio website, purchases and delivery service.

The service uses payment references and fulfillment records to verify purchases, deliver files, recover access, and handle refunds or disputes. Receipt delivery uses your checkout email address. Your full card number is entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and is not sent to this website.

Netlify hosts the website, private files and order records. Stripe processes payments. Resend delivers transactional purchase emails. These providers also process operational information such as network requests, security events and delivery records under their respective policies: Netlify, Stripe, and Resend.

This website does not add advertising trackers or require a customer account. The payment provider may use its own cookies and account features. Purchase and support records are retained for delivery, recovery, accounting and dispute handling; the recovery link's expiry is not an automatic deletion date.

Purchase ownership must be verified before private records or replacement links are disclosed. Some records may need to be retained for legal or financial obligations.
